SmartForm file upload limits
What are the file types and file sizes that can be upload to a SmartForm
Due to the nature of the enhanced protection that the PatientInbox provides you are able to collect uploads of documents or images that may require special measures under GPDR
This includes and is not limited to:
- Photo ID
- Letters containing Health Information
- Proof of Address
- Any document that may contain Special Category Data
Patients using a mobile phone will have the ability to take a photo of any document or ID whilst they are completing the SmartForm, so this makes it very convenient for them.
