Submission ID's are made up of 12 numbers

- Whilst this is unique to the form on the site it was created, it is possible for the same id to be used on another site relating to a different form.
- This value will be the same as the token used when embedding the SmartForm onto a page
yy-mm-dd
- This represents the date the submission was created
submission_id
- This is generated sequentially
