Can you include attachments when communicating via the PatientInbox?
No, you cannot include attachments when responding to patients via the Communication feature in the PatientInbox.
You may want to consider a better option which helps with accessibility and that is to use a link to a webpage.
Add the information from the attachment to a webpage on your website. You may find that it is already on the site. Then include the link message.
