We’re excited to introduce our new system for gathering your feedback on features and bug reports! This new platform is designed to make it easier for you to share your ideas and help us continually improve our services.
What is the New Feature Request System?
Our new system is a dedicated space where you can:
- Submit feature requests for enhancements or new functionalities.
- Report bugs or technical issues you encounter.
- Vote on or comment on other users’ ideas and requests.
We’ve created this to ensure your voice is heard and so you can see how your feedback influences future updates.
Where to Find It
To simplify access, the Feature Request system is integrated directly into your website’s Control Panel. When you log in to your Control Panel, you’ll see a new menu option titled
“New Feature Requests.”
Automatic Sign-In
No extra usernames or passwords are required. Once you’re logged in to the Control Panel, clicking on “New Feature Requests” will seamlessly log you into our feedback portal.
How to Submit a New Feature Request or Bug Report

Access the Feedback Section
Click on the “New Feature Requests” link in the Control Panel. You’ll be taken to the Tree View Designs Feedback section and automatically signed in. -
Choose Your Board
In the left-hand panel, you’ll see two boards:- Feature Requests (default view)
- Bug Reports

Create a Post

For a Feature Request:
- Make sure you’re in the Feature Requests board (this is the default view).
- Enter a short, descriptive title and then fill out the Details section with as much information as possible about your idea.
- Select the Category from the dropdown menu. The available categories are:
- User Experience
- Performance
- Design
- Content
- Integrations
- Compliance
- AI Features
- Patient Engagement
- Billing
- Uncategorised
- Click the pink “Create Post” button to submit your request. Your new post will then be visible for other customers and the Tree View Designs team to vote and comment on.

For a Bug Report:
- Select the Bug Reports board from the left-hand panel.
- Enter a short, descriptive title and fill out the Details section, including the steps to reproduce the bug, screenshots (if applicable), and any other helpful information.
- Click the pink “Create Post” button to submit your bug report. Our team will review and address the issue as soon as possible.

Vote and Comment
After submitting your post, feel free to browse other posts on both boards. You can vote for requests or bugs you find relevant, and comment to add further detail or support.
Why Your Feedback Matters
Every request you submit or vote on helps us understand what’s most important to you. We actively review all posts and votes, and prioritise development based on ideas that bring the most benefit to our customers. You’ll also see status updates (e.g., “Planned,” “In Progress,” “Completed”) on your submissions as we work on them.
Staying Updated – The Changelog
We maintain a Changelog within the same portal to keep you informed about what’s new:
- New Features: Whenever a feature request has been completed, you’ll see a summary in the Changelog.
- Bug Fixes: We’ll list any resolved issues here as well, ensuring you know exactly which improvements have been released.

1. Do I need a separate login to access the portal?
No. Access is seamlessly integrated via your existing Control Panel username and password.
2. How do I submit screenshots or videos?
When creating or commenting on a post, there will be an option to upload images or videos. Simply follow the on-screen prompts.
3. Can I see what other customers have requested?
Absolutely. All posts are visible, so you can vote on others’ suggestions and keep track of updates.
4. What if I have a private or sensitive request?
If your request contains sensitive information, or if you prefer private assistance, please contact our support team directly rather than posting publicly.
