As the accounts would have been set up by someone in your organisation and contained Credit/Bank Details details of the email used to set up the Google Account would not have been provided to us and so we would have not record of it.
- Option 1: if you do not use the Google Account for any other purpose (for example emails, documents and document storage, YouTube, purchases, Google ads, signing into other services using your Google Account) you can "Delete your Google Account"
- Option 2: if you do use the Google Account for other purposes then you will need to "Close Your Billing Account".
Option 1: Delete your Google Account
Do use the Google Account for any other purposes?
For example:
- Emails (Gmail)
- Documents and document storage (Google Drive)
- YouTube
- Purchases (Google Wallet)
- Google ads
- Google Analytics
- Other Google APIs and Services
- Signing into other services using your Google Account (Single Sign On)
- Any other purposes
If you do, please follow the instructions of Option 2.

If you are not presented with the option to sign in, it means that you are likely to be signed in within the browser you are using.
Please check that you are signed into the correct Google Account before continuing and you may need to sign out and sign in again with the correct Google Account.
Proceed with the steps to Delete your Google Account and all data connnect with it
Option 2: Close Your Billing Account
1. Go to Account management in the Cloud Billing Console
2. Sign in using the account that was initially created for this purpose.
Note
If you are not presented with the option to sign in, it means that you are likely to be signed in within the browser you are using.
Please check that you are signed into the correct Google Account before continuing and you may need to sign out and sign in again with the correct Google Account.
3. If you have more than one Billing Account, you will be asked to select the account you want to close. (Also see step 8)
4. At the top of the page, click CLOSE BILLING ACCOUNT
5. You will be presented with a pop-up which will talk about charges, you do not need to worry about this as this will have been covered by the £200 free credit that you are given every month.
6. Type "Close" into the field at the bottom of the pop-up.
7. Click CLOSE BILLING ACCOUNT, and after a few moment you will see a message similar to this.
8. If you need to close another billing account, select the 'Billing Account' Dropdown in the top left of your screen, select the next account that you need to close and repeat from step 4.
