      SmartForm Conditional logic: Age

      Control content using a Patient's Date of Birth

      Most if not all SmartForms will ask for the Date of Birth. You can use this within the conditional logic of the SmartForm to display content based on age.

      To Display content because the patient is Under 16

      • Based upon: Date of Birth
      • Use Condition: MINIMUM DAYS AFTER: -5844

      To Display content because the patient is Over 16

      • Based upon: Date of Birth
      • Use Condition: MINIMUM DAYS BEFORE: 5844
