      Creating & Managing the Boundary Map Messages

      These are the messages WITHIN or OUTSIDE of practice catchment area

      Accessing the Boundary Messages

      From within the Control Panel

      Navigate to Maps > Boundary Messages

      You will be presented with this screen

      Boundary Messages

      Key Features

      First Message - WYSIWYG Editor This is the message the patient will get when they are WITHIN the boundary.
      Second Message - WYSIWUG Editor This is the message the patient will get when they are OUTSIDE the boundary.

      Top Tip

      Add %%location%% within the messages and it will automatically add the Post Code that was used.
