Creating & Managing GP Availability
Accessing the GP Availability Module
From within the Control Panel
Navigate to Pages & Navigation > GP Availability
You will be presented with this screen
Key Features
Add | Enter the name of the GP and click add to add them |
Update | Updates any changes made to the GP name after it has been added |
Availability | Opens the availability calendar for that GP |
Remove | Completely removes that GP can cannot be undone |
Editing Availability
Once the GP has been added you can click the Availability link next to their name - this will open the calendar.
To switch between the months, use the month links in the top bar.
- Availability is shown as as a coloured block (Green for AM & Blue for PM)
- Not Available is the default option with no coloured block
To toggle availability on or off all you need to do is click the appropriate AM or PM on the calendar.
Changes are saved automatically
