Creating & Managing Media Items
Add, Remove and Update Media Items
Accessing the Media Module
From within the Control Panel
Navigate to Files & Widgets > Media
You will be presented with this screen
Key Features
| Token | This is code that is shown within the WYSIWYG Editor when a Media Item has been inserted. |
| Name | Under the name of Media Item there will be a list of pages. This tells you which pages contain the Media Item. |
| Embeds | Number of times the Media Item appears on the site. |
Creating and Editing Media Items
When adding or editing Media Items you will be presented with this screen
Top Tip!
You can always copy and paste the code from another Media Item as a starting point. This works well for Slideshows and Clickable Telephone numbers.

Choose this based on the Media Item you are using. It can always be changed later |
| Name | Give the Item a name which describes the Media Item you are using. |
| Code | Here you enter the code required |
WCAG Standards
When adding Videos or iframes ensure that within the code you have a title. This would be added within the html and look something like this
