Team Categories and Member Profiles. Meet the Team
Accessing the Our Staff / Team
From within the Control Panel
Navigate to Pages & Navigation > Our Staff / Team
You will be presented with this screen which shows the Team Categories
Key Features
This allows you to pick up and move the rows to change the order TOP TIP If your list runs over more than one page, increase the number per page in the bottom right corner so they all show before changing the order |

Name | Name of the category |
Edit | This gives you access to manage the page this is displayed when that category is showing. It is also a good place to list team members that don't require headshots |
Members | This gives you access to manage users profiles with photos |
Remove | As a safety feature, if this is showing greyed out it means there are team members that need to be removed before that category can be removed. |

When adding or editing Team Categories you will be presented with this screen

When the Member 'Has Page', you can click the image of that member and be presented with more details. As shown below |
When you access the Member Profiles you will be presented with this screen

As default a member is displayed with an image, name and title only. If you want more of the information about them that you have added you need to select 'yes'. Their image becomes clickable and opens a new page containing all the extra information |
Image | Best size to use is 600 x 600 |

Slug | What is a Slug |
