Errors when adding a Members Profile

When you create new Members profile it uses the information that you add into the [Name] field to create 'the slug'

This slug has to be unique, and as the person is question is already listed as Management it cannot create a new profile using the same slug.

This is why you get an error

To fix this you can either manually change the slug for the other profile. Then add the new profile.

Or

Add the new profile with a post fix added to their their name. e.g. Dr, NurseOnce is is saved, then remove the post-fix from the [Name] field.
