How can I see the questions asked within a SmartForm?

Wanna see what the patient see's when they complete a SmartForm.

As the forms are dynamic and react to previously answers questions to reveal or hide other questions, it gets a little complicated to present the form as a list of questions.

The most affective way of understanding the content is to complete a form yourself.

You don't have to be accurate, text fields can have a few random characters, number fields can be just a few number.

If the question is not compulsory, you can skip it.
