How does the PatientInsights: Feedback form work for Patients

See how patients can leave feedback about your website

Then the PatientInsights: Feedback form is enabled patients will be presented with a small tab on the right of each page configured.

It will allow them to

• Rate the page out of 5 Stars
• Choose an appropriate category for their feedback
• Enter optional comments
• More importantly it confirms with the patient that no personal or health related information has been included.
