Where do I go to make changes to the website?
Accessing the Control Panel (back end)
If you have just received your new website, you may need to type in the full address of your practice website into the top bar of your internet browser in order to access the site. This is because it takes time for search engines to index your site.
We recommend you use Google Chrome or Firefox or Microsoft Edge and above as your web browser as your website uses the latest technology which allows you and your patients to access your website from mobile devices.
Top Tip!
Use two tabs, one for your website (the front-end) and the other one for your Control Panel (back-end)
- Once you have opened your website, open a new tab in your internet browser and type the name of your practice website again, followed by /cpl - see example below.
- You should now see the following screen with your practice name.
- Now type in your username and password and click Sign in to access the Control Panel.
NOTE: If two Factor Authentication is enabled (2FA), you will be required to enter a Token on the next screen. This Token will be automatically sent to you as part of the signing in process.
If this is your new website, usernames and passwords can be found in your introductory email.
