How to create a strong memorable password
Is changing your password regularly becoming harder.
Create your password using a sentence.
We are all better at remembering sentences and lyrics than they are remembering random sequence of characters.
Use the first letter of each word in the sentence, adding upper/lower cases, numbers and a few symbols to make up your password.
"My favorite colour is blue, I have 3 kids and a dog"
Becomes: mfcib,Ih3kaad
Use your Keyboard like a canvas
Rather than remembering the sequence of characters of your password, remember the pattern/shape it draws as you move across the keyboard when you type it in.
This could represent your initials or the pattern of a logo.
