Because of the risks to Patient Identifiable Data, Tree View Designs are unable to action new user/password requests/unsuspending of accounts unless the request comes from a different user who is already a Control Panel Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably a line manager)
Check that you accessing the correct website
You may be part of a group of practices with multiple websites. Check with another user who is a Control Panel User with Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably your line manager), they have access to manage users.

Check that you have been set up as a user
You may be part of a group of practices with multiple websites. Check with another user who is a Control Panel User with Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably your line manager), they have access to manage users.
Check you are using the correct email address
Might sound a little too simple, saves any embarrassment.
Temporary Password Expired
Temporary Passwords expire after 24 hours, check with another user who is a Control Panel User with Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably your line manager), they have access to manage users.
Manually type in your password
Often, when copying the password from another location or email, additional characters can be also captured but not seen. It would be worth trying to type in the temporary password.
Disable Password Managers or Similar Browser Extensions
These can interfere with the login process if you are unfamiliar with them or you have not updated a recent password change.
If you are saving passwords in this fashion, you are advised to ensure that the proper risk assessments have been carried out internally.
