How to reset a user's password

If you need to reset a password

  1. Navigate to Administration > Add/Remove Staff Accounts.
  2. Find the user and click Edit
  3. Select Reset Password
  4. It will ask you to confirm that you want to reset the password.
  5. Once confirmed it will send a System Generated Password will be sent to their email address. When they use this Temporary Password to login, they will be prompted to choose another password that they can remember.

Temporary Password Expire after 24 hours

If the temporary password is not used within 24 hours, you will need to issue a new one.
