Everything included in Basic Premium, plus:

How Our Helpdesk Works

  • Request Triage: All requests are triaged with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of up to 3 hours.
  • Communication: For complex tasks, we provide updated guidance and explanations within the SLA timeframe.

Accessibility and Data Security:

  • We ensure all requests comply with accessibility and data security standards, especially considering patient submissions.
  • If we need to modify your request, we will inform you about the changes and the reasons behind them.

For Efficient Support:

  • New Requests: Please start a new email for each support request.
  • Avoid Delays: Continuing a previous conversation thread may lead to missed or delayed responses due to our system setup.

All Support Levels renew annually until you choose to cancel or downgrade it. A minimum subscription of Basic Support is required to keep your website operational.
