Discover which forms are getting the least use and export the data for reporting.

Accessing the Statistics Module

From within the Control Panel

Navigate to Patient Requests > Statistics

You will be presented with this screen

Reading statistics

• Hover over the nodes to see accurate figures 

Filtering statistics

By Form

• Toggle hiding a form by clicking on it on the colour key. If hidden it will show struck through

By Year

• Use the Year dropdown to show statistics from previous years

Export as CSV

• Statistics can be exported per year and will show the monthly breakdown per form
