Temporary Password not working

Can't log in using your new or recently reset password

Your Temporary Password will expire 24 hours after it has been issued.

If you can't log in using this password, please speak to a Control Panel User with Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably your line manager) as they may need to issue you with a new one.

Top Tip

Manually type in your password

Often, when copying the password from another location or email, additional characters can be also captured but not seen. It would be worth trying to type in the temporary password.

Because of the risks to Patient Identifiable Data, Tree View Designs are unable to action new user/password requests/unsuspending of accounts unless the request comes from a different user who is already a Control Panel Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably a line manager)
