Support for everyday updates. Premium covers routine, proportionate work. Major redesigns, bulk content changes and complex projects need a separate scope. See the allowances and limits.

Both plans include free group training on Microsoft Teams, with two sessions each month. We normally invite your team when your website goes live; you can ask about joining earlier.

Choose Basic if your team will manage content and accessibility. Choose Premium if you want us to help with routine updates and provide proactive compliance support.
Support renews annually under your agreement. At least Basic Support is required to keep your Tree View Designs website operational.
