User Account Suspended

Have you locked yourself out of your account?

If you are in a position where you have been locked out of your account or it has been suspended you will need to contact a Control Panel user with Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably your line manager).

They will be able to re-activate your account.

Note

Because of the risks to Patient Identifiable Data, Tree View Designs are unable to action new user/password requests/unsuspending of accounts unless the request comes from a different user who is already a Control Panel Admin or Data & Access privileges (probably a line manager)
