Where to put your reset token?

where does the token go when I need to update my password?

If you cannot find where to put your token, then it is likely that you have closed the browser window that you started the request from or you are using a password manager/auto fill which could confuse the process.

The Token goes into the first field of the second screen on the Forgotten Password process.

If you have closed this window then you will need to start the process again and apply the new token as the previous token will be invalid.

If your email address is showing in the field then you are using a using a password manager/auto fill and you need to remove this information to continue.
