Why is 'Remove' greyed out or missing?

You want to delete a section/category but the remove option is showing but will not work

As a safety feature, when 'Remove' shows and is greyed out, missing or non-responsive it is telling you that there something within the item/section that you are trying to delete may be in use.

Do some digging to determine what you may lose and make any adjustments so that you can the item/section is no-longer in use.

Once complete, the system will display the remove option
