How to update the Practice Information

Various pages and locations on the website

Your website will be littered with telephone numbers. To simply the management of these and at the same time make them clickable for mobile users i.e. click to dial, we would have added these as a Media Item when the site was built.

You will see these within your content as %%media-50%% or similar number, and when viewed by the patients it will be replaced with the associated telephone number and can be clicked to dial.

How to add the Clickable Telephone Media Item to your content

From the WYSIWYG Editor within the Media Dropdown in the tool bar, you can select the Media Item you wish to use.

Media Dropdown Media Drop Down
  • It will place the item on the page in relation to where your cursor is
  • It will appear in text form - i.e. %%media-50%%
(the number is unique to the media item created, so each one will have a different number)
